In 2011, the last time legislative districts were drawn, Statehouse Republicans stacked the deck in their favor. The maps they drew tilted the playing field and have resulted in GOP supermajorities in the state House and state Senate. In effect, Republicans have stolen Hoosiers’ voices in the electoral process.
