Marlins’ Dee Gordon might avoid DL despite dislocated thumb (Yahoo Sports)
Marlins All-Star second baseman Dee Gordon may be able to avoid the disabled list despite dislocating his left thumb, president of baseball operations Michael Hill said Sunday. Gordon will miss the All-Star Game and will likely sit out the Marlins’ first series following the break, but he might return after that, Hill said.
