With thousands of Hoosiers either heading off or returning to college this month, Indy Politics decided this would be the right time to look at college and its costs from a couple different perspectives.
We spoke with Teresa Lubbers, Indiana’s Commissioner of Higher Education, and local financial guru Pete Dunn, aka, Pete the Planner.
