This weeks Breaking Rank is questionably broadcasted from a Walmart at around 8:40PM in the middle of the show The Essential Matt Polling calls in and we just hear that check out beep with this weeks College Football insight.
Tonight’s show we discussed the final College Football Playoff rankings, and the Heisman Trophy Finalists. Even though the final rankings were expected to be as such:
1. Clemson
2. Alabama
3. Michigan State
4. Oklahoma
It left us with an interesting conversation of “what if” scenarios, and how the teams stack up against each other. The final Heisman Trophy list of Alabama running back Derrick Henry, Clemson quarterback DeShaun Watson, and Stanford tailback Christian McCaffery left us wondering about Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield, and Navy quarterback Keenan Reynolds. As always, check out Breaking Rank every Tuesday night as we discuss the weekly breakdown of college football, and college basketball rankings.
