Nightenhelser Makes it Official: Files for 3rd District open Congressional seat
Indianapolis- January 26, 2016, local businessman, Todd Nightenhelser, made his candidacy official by filing the paperwork at the Secretary of State’s office. Nightenhelser seeks to fill the vacated seat of Marlin Stutzman for Indiana’s Third District Congressional District.
“Americans are tired of the politicians claiming to stand up for them only to do nothing once elected., I will work hard to help families, workers, and small businesses . I will work with those with different opinions to provide better solutions for all today, rather than refusing to pass a bill for personal or party reasons like many current politicians” said Mr. Nightenhelser.
Nightenhelser continued-“All Hoosiers deserve a living wage, access to affordable healthcare, and an excellent public education. Without those things we are failing our people, our future, and our country. We can make it happen we only need the leadership and political will”
Keeping to a clean and issue based campaign is and has been Nightenhelser’s goal since declaring in August 2015. Bringing the message to every county that we can solve the ills of the state and country if we only work together and break the power of corporations and the established political power system. We must embrace high voter turnout rather than making it harder every year to simply cast your vote. Only together can we make change and Nightenhlser plans on talking to as many in the district possible before the election.
