Todd Young Tries To Out-Crazy Crazy Marlin In #INSEN GOP Debate

INDIANAPOLIS – Drew Anderson, communications director for the Indiana Democratic Party, released the following statement after the first Republican Primary Senate debate in Kokomo on Saturday.

“Hoosiers must take note – flip-flopper Todd Young is doing everything he can to out-conservative the front-runner in the Republican Primary, Marlin Stutzman. Under his tenure in Washington, Marlin Stutzman has time and again voted to strip the health care from Americans, including the more than 355,000 Hoosiers enrolled in Mike Pence’s HIP 2.0. Further, Stutzman has put his out-of-touch ideology ahead of Hoosier commonsense by voting to shut down our government. Whether it’s Mike Pence or Marlin Stutzman, Hoosiers are tired of ideologues holding Indiana back from reaching its full potential.”
