Rokita on Rewriting No Child Left Behind
Indy Politics talks with Indiana Congressman Todd Rokita about the U.S. House of Representatives vote to rewrite No Child Left Behind.
The House voted narrowly to rewrite the near 15 year old law.
The legislation gives state and local governments more flexibility when it comes to addressing failing schools and removes many of the testing requirements.
You can hear Rokita’s comments above in the Leon-Tailored Audio. The comments run about 12 minutes.
